What Are They?
A fire risk assessment is about understanding the potential fire risks in your premises and then improving your fire safety precautions to keep people safe.
The responsible person for a building must carry out and regularly review a fire risk assessment of the premises. A risk assessment will identify what you need to do to prevent fire and keep people safe. It saves lives, it’s your legal duty and it makes good business sense.
